• Look for the “SIM Registration” icon banner on the dashboard as shown in the picture bellow.

• Choose your registrant type (Filipino, Minor, Foreign National, etc.).

• Enter your 11-digit DITO mobile number or scan your SIM ICCID.
• Enter your Personal details such as your Full name, date of birth, gender etc. as shown in the picture.

• Take a photo of your government-issued ID or upload a picture of it from gallery, it gives both options as you can see in the picture bellow.

• Take a selfie for verification or upload your photo from gallery.

• Verify your number with the one-time PIN (OTP) sent to you in your mobiles message App as shown in the picture bellow.
• Remember this OTP is only valid for 3 Minutes, after 3 minutes it will be expired and will be of no use.

• Review information you added and make any necessary changes.
• Carefully read term and conditions and click on Agree as you see in the screenshot below.
• Click “Register” button to complete the process.

2. Registering via SMS Link

When you insert your DITO Sim into your phone, you might receive an SMS with a registration link. Here’s what to do:

• Insert your new DITO SIM into your phone.
• You will automatically receive a message from Dito with a link to register your sim.
• Click on the link to start the registration process as it will in your mobiles browser.

• Follow the on screen instructions such as entering personal information, ID information etc.
• Verify your sim though OTP and click register.
• Congratulations, Your registration is completed.
• Remember to setup DITO APN Settings before you use SIM card

3. Registering via Web Portal

You can also register through DITO’s website:

• You will see QR Code to Register Sim but you will be redirected to DITO Official App when you scan it.
